How It Works
We repair clients' credit with our CDM (Challenge, Dispute, Monitor) System.
Challenge
We challenge your questionable negative items with all three bureaus,
ensuring your credit reports are accurate and fair.
Dispute
We ask your creditors to verify the negative items they’re reporting. If they can’t, they are required by law to stop reporting them.
Monitor
We continue to watch your credit, addressing additional issues as they arise so that you can stay on track and reach your desired goals.
Steps Taken:
Step 1
Inquire online, call, or even text us to see how we can help
Step 2
Collect information to verify your identity and set you up with a credit monitoring system so you can track the progress of your report as it is repaired.
Step 3
We will then go over your consumer report with you and highlight any negative items that have been removed.
Step 4
We will then recommend what is best for your specific credit situation based on your credit.
Any credit score lower than 650* is generally considered bad credit.
Bad credit could prevent you from:
Approvals: Mortgages or rental space
Low Rates:
Securing low rates on loans
Top Credit-Cards:
Getting low-interest credit cards or even higher limits
Loans:
Borrowing money from a lender
● Payment history 35%: Making payments on time is the biggest factor in your score. Just one mistake could cost you over 100 points.
● Credit type 10%: It’s best to have many different types of credit accounts. Think things like a car loan, credit cards, mortgage etc.
● Credit Utilization: ○ This is how much debt you have based on your credit limit. You generally don’t want to go over 30%.
● Credit Length: ○ The longer your average age of credit, the better it is. You should not close old accounts for this reason.
● Hard Inquires: The fewer hard credit inquiries you have, the better. Soft inquiries will not affect your credit score.
